Natasha Suri
Natasha Suri is the embodiment of the modern entrepreneur—driven, visionary, and deeply rooted in purpose. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Natasha grew up with humble beginnings as the daughter of Indian immigrants who worked tirelessly to provide the basics and a solid education for their children. But from an early age, Natasha knew she was meant for more.
With two jobs since the age of 15, Natasha has never shied away from hard work. She carried that tenacity into her academic journey, earning a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In her 20s, she turned her passion into reality by launching her own restaurants in the prestigious casinos of Singapore and Macau—an impressive feat that solidified her place in the global hospitality world.
After returning to the United States, Natasha founded LIVSO Consulting and Events, named after her daughters. The firm became a trusted name in hospitality consulting and luxury event planning, helping clients launch and grow businesses with bold ideas and precise execution. Her reputation for delivering excellence spread quickly, attracting a loyal and high-profile client base.
But after years of success, Natasha kept hearing the same question from friends, family, and clients:
Why don’t you get into real estate?”
So she did.
Natasha earned her real estate license in Texas and is now an affiliate with Coldwell Banker Commercial, a globally recognized brand with a 118-year legacy and over $243 billion transacted annually. In just a short time, she has made her mark-advising on both commercial and investment deals, and quickly becoming a trusted industry expert. Her clientele includes prominent figures across the U.S. as well as international investors from markets like Dubai.
Natasha's passion for building legacy wealth and creating smart business strategies led her to co-found Kingdom Atlas, a bold advisory platform designed to help investors and businessowners build their own kingdoms through strategic planning and flawless execution. From entering the investment world to crafting the perfect exit strategy for maximum return, Kingdom Atlas delivers custom, results-driven solutions.

Jay Ravathur is a real estate entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for business, collaboration, and building ventures from the ground up. His entrepreneurial journey began early—at just 13 years old, he launched his first company, StorkWorld LLC, an E-commerce based brand. Through that experience, Jay gained hands-on knowledge of lead generation, customer service, and the day-to-day operations of running a business. This early start cemented his commitment to entrepreneurship and laid the foundation for a career defined by innovation, growth, and leadership.
Jay has worked on a diverse portfolio of ventures spanning single family real estate investment, land brokerage, land investment, commercial real estate, social media marketing, and content creation. His expertise centers on identifying overlooked opportunities, crafting efficient systems, and executing strategies that generate consistent results. As the founder of Utopian Capital, Jay has developed a strong specialization in sourcing, flipping, and developing off-market land. By building and automating marketing systems that handle thousands of leads each month, he has created a reliable deal pipeline that delivers unique opportunities on a daily basis.
Together with his close friend and mentor, Natasha Suri, he co-founded Kingdom Atlas, a venture dedicated to delivering tailored solutions for business owners. With Natasha’s background in hospitality and Jay’s expertise in entrepreneurship and infrastructure, Kingdom Atlas blends business intuition, creative strategy, and technology into frameworks that help companies scale and thrive.
